Payment Method
Sophos Home subscriptions are purchased through their payment processor team cleverbridge. When you purchase a Sophos Home Premium subscription, you will receive an email from cleverbridge containing a link you can use to contact their team to edit your payment options.
To find your current subscription details, either check your emails for your Sophos Home order (the email comes from no-reply@cleverbridge.com, or renewals@email.home.sophos.com for renewals), or use the Purchase lookup tool to re-send the email.
To help protect your security, the links will expire 30 days after they have been sent. If the link you are trying to use has expired, the purchase lookup tool above can be used to have a fresh link sent.

Sophos Return Policy?
The Return Policy for Sophos is as follows:
New items should make you happy! If you're not satisfied with your order, Sophos will do what they can to make it better. Almost everything is returnable within 30 days from the date your order shipped from Sophos if it's in its original condition and packaging. Please note that custom made items such as surfboards or longboards are final sale. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt. Please feel free to email at store@sophos.com with any questions regarding a return.
In terms of the Hardware Warranty Policy, Sophos warrants that during the Base Warranty Period, the Hardware shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship and will perform substantially in accordance with the Documentation, when used in accordance with the Documentation. The base warranty period for the Hardware will run for 12 (twelve) months from the date Sophos processed the order from its channel partner.
Sophos also offers an Extended Warranty. Provided that Customer is the original purchaser, Sophos warrants that during the Extended Warranty Period, the Hardware listed in Section 4 below, shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship and will perform substantially in accordance with the Documentation, when used in accordance with the Documentation. The extended warranty period for the Hardware listed below will run from the date Sophos processed the order from its channel partner until expiry of the periods stated below.
If the eligible Customer notifies Sophos in writing of a breach of either of the above warranties during the relevant Warranty Period, Sophos’ entire liability and Customer’s sole remedy shall be to correct, repair or replace the Hardware and/or Documentation as applicable within a reasonable time, or provide, or authorize the appropriate Partner to provide, a refund of the Fee paid for such Hardware. Any refund authorized will be paid only following the return of the Hardware to the address provided by Sophos, accompanied by proof of purchase, and will be calculated on a three (3) year straight line depreciation basis. Any items provided as replacement under these Hardware Warranty Terms will be warranted only for the remainder of the respective original Warranty Period.
Upon perceived failure of the Hardware covered by the foregoing warranties; Customer is required to contact Sophos for a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number. If Sophos ships replacement Hardware before receipt of the defective Hardware and Customer fails to return the defective Hardware as requested within thirty (30) days of receiving the replacement Hardware, Sophos may at its sole discretion, and without further notice to Customer, invoice - or direct the applicable.

How To Open A Sophos Account?
To open an account on Sophos, follow these steps:
- Go to the Sophos Central Admin page and click on Free Trial.
- On the Sophos Central Free Trial page, enter your name and email address and click Next.
- Complete the rest of the details on the next page and click Submit.
- You will see a confirmation that your account is ready. Check your email for a welcome email from Sophos.
If you're a Sophos partner and have received a welcome email from Sophos, you can skip the steps above and directly activate your account and get software.
For Sophos Home, your account provides access to the Sophos Home dashboard, where you can view and manage all your devices through the internet, protect (or re-protect) additional computers, and if using a Premium subscription, access support.
